About Us

Awards International is the world’s premier awards event organisation and the Dream Team behind 14 prestigious awards programmes across the world.

With offices in the UK, United Arab Emirates and Serbia, the company hosts flagship events in locations including Istanbul, London, Amsterdam, Berlin and Dubai.

Since founding the UK Customer Experience Awards back in 2009, we've taken our message of recognition across the world, and we're incredibly excited to be launching in Asia this year. We've also set up a company in the United States to promote the CX Awards that we're launching in that market.

In the covid era, we've pioneered the Live Online event format, providing a digital platform to continue celebrating the very best business initiatives the world has to offer.

All our awards programmes are developed with the help of a Steering Council - a body of leading business professionals - and we give our participants chances to learn and develop professionally by joining The Judge Club.

Our programmes have received the OUTSTANDING Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council, in recognition of our commitment to integrity and fair competition.
