Praveen has worked extensively with large organizations across multiple industries and sectors such as banking, insurance, telecom, retail, manufacturing and automotive to name a few. He was honoured as the “50 Most Impactful Customer Experience Consultants” in India. A frequent speaker on customer experience, he is also a guest columnist on online publications and websites. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hansa Research Group, a leading research organisation in India, engaged extensively in the area of customer experience measurement and strategy.

20+ years of experience in Telecommunication, Media & Technology with broad local & global experience in Managed Services, Cloud, IP Planning, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning & Execution, Project Management of Partnership & Alliance. Significant experience at corporate and marketing strategy, launching new businesses in Information, Media & Edutainment as well as setting up and managing a strategic partnership. Having an extensive skills in Negotiating, Solution Selling, Targeted Account Selling and Application Defined Networking as part of ICT Managed Solutions.

With broad experience in ICT, current focus now is to empower business in Indonesia through ICT solutions to increase their competitive advantage and to enable enterprises becoming a leading companies in their industry.

Customer Experience is my prime passion, with over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, and strong background in the technology field. Leading a talented team in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development towards advancing the organization to achieve its objectives, and improving the overall customer experience in the public sector. Currently, working on a CX Transformational program to change the way we deliver services, and ensure our customers are delighted. I believe change comes from within, and so I am as committed as ever to offering my entire team the great working experience they deserve.

He has established and managed CX setups globally for Citibank, Mashreq & ADIB to achieve business objectives. He has been an architect of winning multiple CX awards and creating a unique record of moving one of the Banks in UAE from 23^rd position to No.1 Bank in customer experience and maintaining it for record 7 consecutive years. He is globally recognized CX Awards Judge & International Motivation & Keynote Speaker.
