Praveen has been a market researcher for over 25 years and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hansa Research Group, the largest Indian consumer insights & market research company headquartered in India with offices in Singapore, USA & Bangladesh. Prior to Hansa Research, he had a long stint of nearly 20 years with Kantar in India. In his last assignment at Kantar he was the Head of the Customer Experience (CX) business for the South Asia region. He was also a member of the CX Global Steering Board at Kantar.
He is a specialist in the area of customer experience and has helped a number of organizations devise customer centric strategies.
A regular speaker at various forums, he has also been awarded as the “50 Most Impactful Customer Experience Consultants” in 2019
He is jury member in a number of awards events including the International Customer Experience Awards in Amsterdam, Gulf CX Awards, annual Customer Fest in India, since 2019.
He is also on the Global Steering Board of Awards International and the Chairperson of the Asia CX Awards 2022.
