Executive Director General - Customer Experience
Abdulaziz Alshamsan is the Executive Director General of customer experience at the Ministry of Human Resources and social development. Responsible for all aspects of the customer journey from a commercial and technical side. Before joining HRSD he was the General Manager of Digital Transformation in STC Channels, one of STC group subsidiaries. He was leading a talented team of marketers to build one of the best e-commerce platforms. Previously Abdulaziz was the General Manager of Category Marketing in Sale Advanced Company.
